Benefit

  • The Scheme offers three kinds of scholarships
  • Top Scholarships of HKD200,000 (approximately USD25,600), covering annual tuition fees, on-campus accommodation and living expenses
  • Full Tuition Scholarships, covering annual tuition fees (approximately USD20,500)
  • Half Tuition Scholarships, covering half of the annual tuition fees (approximately USD10,250).

  • 1. Scanned copies of the required documents should be uploaded via the application account before submission.
  • 2. Documents that are not in English must be accompanied by an officially certified English translation provided by the awarding body or your school or university
  • 3. Documents that do not show the name of applicant/with non-matching names will NOT be accepted.
  • 4. If you hold the following qualification(s), please register CityU as a recipient of your exam/test results with the relevant exam/testing body:
  • IB Diploma results
  • TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, ACT, or Advanced Placement (AP) tests

OTHERS
Applicants do not have to apply for these scholarships. The appropriate level of scholarship is awarded based on merit. Beginning from the 2022-23 academic year, students who receive the scholarship are required to attain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.4 or above each year throughout their period of study in order to renew the scholarship. more information: https://www.cityu.edu.hk/international/fees-scholarships/scholarships
