Benefit

  • The scholarships all include the following amounts:
  • the students' participation costs (including the tuition fee, library and laboratory costs, full insurance coverage and any other mandatory costs related to the students' participation in the Master);
  • an allowance of EURO 1,400 per month for subsistence, student travel and installation costs for the entire 2 years duration of the EMJM study programme.
  • Students with disabilities may receive a contribution to individual needs up to a certain maximum if they fulfil the general eligibility conditions set in the grant agreement.

  • Required documents:
  • Certified copy (ies) of academic diploma(s), if applicable in the original language and translated in English by a sworn translator;
  • Certified academic transcript(s)/mark sheets, if applicable in the original language and translated in English by a sworn translator; including grades obtained and showing the average mark. Explanation on the grading system used, should be part of the transcript or should be attached to it. (Authenticated or certified copies are copies with an official stamp to verify that the copies are true copies of original documents. This official stamp may be from one of the following: a solicitor/notary, the educational institution from where the student gained the diplomas or the local council/local authority/local government office).
  • Curriculum Vitae including work experience and research record (if any);
  • Motivation Letter
  • Two letters of recommendation, preferably not older than six months either by two university teachers or by one university teacher and by one employer, or by internationally recognized scientist(s). The contact details of the referee should be shown on the recommendation letter. The reference letters should:
