Benefit

  • Recipients of any of the scholarships will receive €1,400 per month for up to 24 months (the full duration of the programme).
  • The consortium may offer a pre-payment of €2,400 to cover travel and settlement costs, followed by a monthly grant of €1,300 over 24 months.

  • English Language Certificate: Submit proof of a minimum C1 level, such as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, or confirmation from your university that English was your language of instruction
  • Motivation Letter: Share why you aspire to join the SPOT programme and how it aligns with your academic and career goals.
  • Curriculum Vitae: Highlight your studies, volunteering, and extracurricular activities that are relevant to the programme.
  • Copy of Passport: Your passport details will only be accessible to the SPOT Admissions Committee and are required for enrolment purposes.
  • Proof of Residency: If your nationality differs from your country of residence, include this documentation for scholarship allocation purposes.
  • Proof of Study: If currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme, include confirmation of enrolment and your expected graduation date.
  • Proof of Employment: For employed applicants, provide details about your employer. Note that SPOT is a full-time programme.
  • SPOT Application Form:
  • Describe any relevant experiences such as study abroad, internships, training, publications, volunteering, or civic engagement.
  • If applying before 25 January, indicate your preferred scholarship type.
  • If you are a special needs applicant, indicate this, but DO NOT upload any related documentation via Uni-Assist.
