DOCUMENTS
  • 1. Online application form. (Please print out and sign the registration form before scanning and uploading it onto the system.)
  • 2. Two-inch passport photo.
  • 3. Receipt or proof of application fee or a USD wire transfer.
  • 4. Passport/Certificate of Identification.
  • 5. An R.O.C. Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) (if applicable)
  • 6. A copy of the applicant’s highest-level diploma in Chinese or translated into English. If a diploma is not in Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation of the diploma shall be required
  • 7. A copy of the applicant’s complete transcripts (for ALL years of study) in Chinese or translated into English. If the transcripts are not in Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation of the transcripts shall be required.
  • 8. A financial statement: a minimum of NTD 150,000 (or USD 5,000) is required.
