  • While abroad, scholarship holders will be assigned a mentor at an Overseas Mission who will support and guide them. Scholarship holders will also undergo internships – one in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) Headquarters and another at an Overseas Mission, to gain insights into MFA’s work. Sponsorship will also be provided for foreign language learning to prepare scholarship holders for future postings.
  • Sponsorship of master’s degree (if requirements are met).

  • 1. Secondary 4/Year 4 Year End School Academic Reports (including results and teachers' comments)
  • 2. Secondary 4/Year 4 Co-curricular Activities (CCA) and Community Involvement Programme (CIP) Records
  • 3. Pre-tertiary CCA and CIP Records
  • 4. Certificates of Academic Qualification Obtained (e.g. GCE O-level, GCE A-level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, Polytechnic Diploma, other high school diploma or equivalent). You need not include your preliminary examination results.
  • You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon release of final results.
