Benefit

  • For fulltime research student only
  • Covers tuition fee (Research Progression Fee ONLY) and research methodology.
  • Student to pay for Resources Fee (RM2,400 annually for FullTime mode and RM1,200 annually for PartTime mode) and Viva Voce Fee.
  • Registration, accommodation, and transportation costs are not covered and is to be borne by students
  • Candidates will be assigned 5 hours of academic activities per week in the form of tutorials or laboratory demonstration or any other related academic activities
  • Candidates will be required to perform 22 research days per month
  • Monthly subsistence allowance:
  • UTP GA: RM1,300.00
  • UTP GRA: RM1,800.00

  • Complete Academic Transcript and Degree Scroll (Official translation in English required if the transcript in another language) - Bachelor & Master
  • English Language proficiency certificate (TOEFL / IELTS / MUET) – kindly refer entry requirement – English requirement).
  • Proof of payment of Processing Fee (Internet Banking/Cash Deposit/Electronic Fund Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer) – USD 50.00 (International) Non-refundable
  • Sponsorship letter (if any) / Financial Guarantee (Financial ability to sustain for the whole duration of study.
  • Any other relevant document to support your application.
